And we’ve seen that systems that work with our technology and put something like this out there on their websites, will see a 30 to 50% reduction in their inbound phone volume because patients can now get some of these questions answered themselves as they use this tool on the web. Especially in this time when we’re dealing with this pandemic. So what we wanted to create when we thought about GYANT, was how can we make it easier for patients and parents to figure out what they can do in these situations, answer the questions they may have along the way, and make it easier for them to interact with the system.
