Snowstorm in Tokyo

Last Saturday, Tokyo experienced its first heavy snowfall in 13 years. News reported injuries and even deaths caused by the ravaging snow. Some areas in Tokyo, Chiba, and Ibaraki did not have power supply until the following morning.
